In response to the interest of Caja de Canarias in participating with a lighting concept on three facades of its building in the 2005 Fiesta de la Luz

The following three actions are proposed on the façade of the main entrance to the building, on the two façades of the high volume of the complex and on the open patio towards Santiago street, which houses the sculpture.

1. The projection of the image of the historic 1,000 pesetas bill with the image of the Catholic kings is intended to be projected on the façade of the main entrance of the central headquarters of Caja Canarias as a memory for people of past times.

2. On the two facades of the high volume of the Caja de Canarias complex, one oriented towards Parque Boulevard and the other towards La Luna / La Rosa streets, it is intended to project colored light with dynamic color change.

3. In the patio that houses the sculpture, it is intended to draw wide lines of blue light on the pavement, which, reflecting on the walls, would fill the patio with an intense blue color.

CAJA CANARIAS
Main entrance facade:

Said projection will be carried out with eight image projectors. These projectors are the PROFLOOD model of the PHILIPS trademark with the ZOOMSPOT + GOBOS glass optical system and would be installed in two newly implanted columns in the plaza in front.

Facades of the high volume of the building:

The projection of colored light with dynamic change will be carried out with ten COLOR WOODY model projectors of the IGUZZINI commercial brand with the color change management system, three for the façade facing the Parque Boulevard shopping center (Santiago Street) and seven for the façade facing C/ La Luna and C/ La Rosa. These projectors would be installed on the roofs of the lowest volumes of the building.

Courtyard with sculpture:

Blue light will be projected in bands on the patio pavement with five elements of the LEDLINE model, 1.20 m long, with blue LEDs from the PHILIPS trademark. These linear elements would be installed at the flush level behind the wall elements that together with the bars form the enclosure of the patio towards the street and would illuminate the facade of the Building in the form of bands towards its interior.
